Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping Options and Costs

We offer two shipping options: Standard shipping at £3.65 and Express shipping at £6.99.

Processing Time

All orders ship the next business day after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days and Express delivery typically takes 1–2 business days. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.

Undelivered or Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at infosoirose.uk@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at your choice.

Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at infosoirose.uk@gmail.com with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including any shipping costs.
